Every time we enter into a dance we enter a journey.

On a somatic level we travel through our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers.

On a yogic level we have five 'koshas' or energetic layers/sheaths :
Annamaya - physical , Pranayama - our vital energy , Manomaya - our mental , Vijnanamaya -our wisdom and Anandamaya - our bliss sheath.

The possibilities of how we can travel are limited by our imagination only, and with my guidance your journey make take you to a different and new place every time.
