This course is a moving meditation for the soul A course to lift your spirits, inspire and awaken through the joy of dance and magical music Give yourself the opportunity to reflect and dive deep into your life journey with a new lens, take stock, get a bigger picture perspective I guide you to find new ways into your soma – your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body, the source of your innate wisdom and intuitive intelligence We use breathwork, visualisation, somatic awareness, guided free movement and dance that is gentle, nurturing, uplifting, ecstatic, tribal, expressive and creative, with meditation and art.
Niio Dance is a somatic movement practice to feel vital and alive, access your joy, freedom and flow, and draws from a lifetime of study. Over 7 weeks we look at our ourselves through the 7 spheres of awareness in Niio : Grounding, Breath, Structural Integrity, Fluidity, Power, Compassion, Connection This is a closed group where we come together every week to share and connect with open heart, acceptance and non-judgement. There is no experience necessary, only the willingness to be open and the desire to move and dance. You come as you are.
