We cannot accept liability for any processing conducted by a third party outside Niio Dance’s remit. You have the right to access information held about you. Niio Dance will retain personal data for as long as required for the performance of the Contract and to comply with any legal obligation. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and any amended Privacy Policy will be posted on our website and notified to you by email, where appropriate.
