SOMATIC AWARENESS WITH CREATIVE EXPRESSIVE ARTS

A unique day of fun and learning to boost the immune system and mood of your employees, and foster teamwork.

PRACTICAL SKILLS LEARNING:

- experience body mindfulness
- simple self-massage techniques
- breathing exercises
- gentle movement.

GENTLE ROLE PLAY:
These games are developed and inspired by drama and Toltec wisdom for:
- better communication
- relationship fostering.

Themes tackled may include fighting your inner critic and being impeccable with your word.

So You Think You Can’t Dance?

Niio Dance for your team is more creative, fun and dynamic than yoga or mindfulness. The emphasis is on "having a go" with no complicated steps to follow and no 'right' or 'wrong' way to do things. Participants are supported to feel safe to venture outside of their comfort zone.

ACTIVITIES include:
- yogic warm-up
- breathing exercises
- an upbeat ‘Find Your Flow with Dance Basics’ session to encourage movement, enhance posture and co-ordination
- a more gentle Niio Flow class, with breathwork and movement that leads into creative freeflow dance.

BENEFITS:
- Optimise minds for expanded and growth mindset - Invite in creativity and promote a sense of calm.
- Yogic and somatic practices to help release tension and stress, which are contemplative, mindful and relaxing
- We may also work with personal and universal themes to gain insight into our internal world.
