With over 20 years of experience in the fields of conscious dance, yoga, body-mind integration, and spiritual practice, Helene has led workshops across the UK and Europe, empowering heart-centered coaches, creatives, and leaders to reclaim their voice, vitality, and creative freedom.
She recently presented at the ISMETA (International Somatic Movement Education & Therapy Association) conference — the leading global body for somatic movement professionals.

A guided somatic movement journey that blends conscious dance, breathwork, and creative expression to help you feel grounded, clear, and confidently you—without choreography or performance.
This is not about dance per se, but rather about your creative expression. And with this mini retreat, its more about giving yourself the time and space to drop out of your busy head, and experience a dropping back into yourself. We start with breath, we warm up gently, I give you gentle guidance into yogic practices, somatic practices, conscious dance.
We will have opening and closing circle, but everything is optional. The time is yours, you are also welcome to sit out and rest at any time during the afternoon.
Being able to feel is a gift. This is possibly an emotional time for you. You come as you are, you bring all of you into the space, to be held and feel supported.
